Contrary to popular belief any Home Cinema Processor or Receiver with HDMI can process the new Audio formats such as Dolby True HD & DTS Master Audio HD. As long as long as your Blu-ray player decodes these audio signals in the player fiirst and passes the signal as a PCM signal over HDMI to your Home Cinema processor, you will hear every last detail of the new High defintion audio formats. This processor is as future proof as you need it to be and can be upgraded to a D2v if you want to down the line.
